The classes of collegiate male gaiety

I was in the mood to write something...gay. Enjoy, add some of your own, if you'd like.

The stereotype
: Wears tight, tight, tight clothing, falls all over themselves when Celene Dion comes into town. Hangs out generally with other persons of the stereotype. You'll find them sporting feather boas or chain mail at any sort of concert. Hangs out with other members of this class.

The hag fag: This is the reverse of the fag hag. This boy rarely hangs out with other gays and instead sticks with a clique of female friends, always.

The sports fan: This guy is not neccessarily a jock. He enjoys watching football, basketball, and baseball as much as any other fan, and loves it mostly for the entertainment value, particularly rooting for one's school. A significant portion of his entertainment watching sports is the raw muscle on the field.

The politco: A rather serious fellow, usually heading up or an up-and-comer in one of the campus queer groups.

The committed: At any time, any of these persons may become a member of this class once a serious relationship begins. Often these couples will disappear from the scene for extended periods while they enter their own fantasy worlds of bliss.

Mom: These are rare finds, but they're critical to bringing all classes together for a shared experience on one's college campus. Very often these aren't neccessarily leaders of campus groups, but someone who just happens to be friends with every gay man on campus.

Of course you have fans! It's nice to know someone else is watching the A's the same way I do.

I've got a suspicion I know who you are Mr. fan fan. But only a suspicion. Wouldn't mind going to a game with you next season, since you really can't enjoy the men on the field so much when all your sporting friends are straight.
