Guess I owe y'all a catchup post
Okay, so here's what went down.
I was in the Holiday Bowl parade.
Bears won the Holiday Bowl, I waved the flags a bunch in the third quarter, my shoulders were very tired. I was on television quite a lot. I figured out that ROTC bands are super hot, especially the boys were swords, mmm.
The Londoner figured out that he wasn't interested in me in that way. But we're still cool. He's back in London, doing his thing.
Still at Laney. The people aren't as open or seemingly as cool about people being gay around here, so I tend not to flaunt it in class. Found the GSA this year though, less than ten members, nothing like the dozens of groups at Berkeley, but a nice group of folks.
Parents still separated without hope of reunion.
Mom's birthday was this week. Great aunt's birthday is next week.
Had this slight crush at this guy at work. He smirks for no reason, I find it really...endearing/cute/hot. Finally screwed up the courage to "go see a movie", turns out he had a first date with a lady. *Sigh* Well, he could always be bi. *Doubtful* Nice enough guy anyway, I'd see a movie with him regardless.
Still trying to figure out other things to do with new friends than "See a movie".
Got a 25 cent raise. Boss likes my can-do attitude. Still less than future minimum wage, but almost there.
Moving house within the year, probably before summer to Oakland.
Still sucking at not exercising.
A's Fanfest was fun. Bobby Crosby looks like Dr. McSteamy. It's so adorable. This is why I watch sports. Rich Harden also still looks awesome. People get confused when I say I have a jock fetish. I have to explain that I don't mean the equipment, but the people classified as "jocks". I don't find sweaty equipment all that exciting (though in the right circumstances...).
Went to a party. Drank. Didn't smoke pot. Certainly enough smoke though.
